Commercial Property Locum - January 2023 start

A brilliant opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Locumto join an established Legal 500 firm in the Home Counties.

This reputable Department are looking for Locum support on an on-going basis whilst they recruit for a permanent appointment tobolster their highly regarded Commercial Property team.

The Opportunity

Duties involved will include handling acquisitions and disposals, commercial landlord and tenant matters as well as leasehold and freehold acquisitions, working closely alongside landlords, tenants, borrows lenders and investors whilst building exceptionalrelationships with them.

As well as this you will be advising conditional contracts, option agreements, leases and have daily use of the firms case management system.

There will be full Secretarial support for you and on site parking when attending the office.

The Requirements

Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive
Ability to handle a caseload of leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals autonomously
Able to attend the office at least once a week
