Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and landlords.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate rental agreements.
  • Conduct viewings.
  • Carry out property inspections.
  • Provide advice on the local property market.
  • Maintain accurate records of all activities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest legislation and regulations.

Salary:
Up to £25,500.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Darlington, DL3 7RU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
