At the Red Squirrel Nursery, our Apprentices are as important as qualified and senior staff. They have the opportunity to learn and become handson in every aspect of nursery life through induction. Initially_, _our Apprentices are _recruited _as Foundation Support Workers (FSW) to allow them the opportunity to focus on settling in and learning about the children, _and _their routines. Upon the successful completion on your induction you would begin your formal Apprenticeship. Our FSW and Apprentices are respected and supported to grow into the best possible practitioner they can be._
