Primary Function:
We seek a dynamic sales individual with the skills and desire to find opportunities and support high net worth customers.
Role Responsibilities:
- Proactively sell and promote Henshaw Inflatables at every opportunity
- Consult directly with clients to ensure their sales orders and quotations are processed accurately and promptly
- Build solid client relationships through reliability and trust
- Deliver customer service excellence by 'project managing' orders and ensuring clients are kept updated at all stages
- Support a 'right first time' culture by ensuring all necessary data is gathered and documented to allow successful builds
- Travel to customers, show and events as required to convert sales, build relationships, and ensure necessary data is gathered
- Be a team player and form strong links with other members of the team and other departments to improve the efficiency and delivery of the business
- Attend internal 'Contract Reviews' where necessary to ensure successful delivery of large orders
- Support the maintenance and development of sales tools and literature
- Support the Marketing effort by presenting newsworthy content and social media opportunities
- Raise, record, and follow enquiries, quotations, and customer complaints through to resolution to achieve continual improvement and excellent customer service
- Enter details of sales orders and quotations into the system accurately
- Support pricing and offer development
- Build and share product knowledge to ensure strong technical support for our customers
General Responsibilities:
- Responsible for abiding by the company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment policy and any supplementary memos and rules pertaining to your employment
- Responsible for assisting with the identification of your own training needs and raising these accordingly
- Responsible for undertaking training, and continuing development as appropriate
- To assist, where appropriate, with addressing the training needs of colleagues
- To carry out any other reasonable duties deemed appropriate and commensurate with the post
Skill Set:
- Strong and proven sales and negotiation skills

- Strong IT and data input skills
Education:
- Relevant work experience and/or qualifications
Travel Requirements:
- Travel up to 25%
- Overnight travel is required and occasional weekends when needed for exhibitions
