We have recently secured global resale rights with the world's leading low earth orbit satellite network provider, Starlink to deliver their services on land and at sea.

Starlink is a communications network that is powered by a constellation of hundreds of Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites.


Our goal is to enable high speed, low-latency internet connectivity for public and private sector organisations, in any location across the world.


About The Role


We are now recruiting for a Finance Administrator to join our ambitious, forward-thinking business and be part of the technology revolution in space.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Daily review and allocation of debtor receipts (BACS/cheque)
  • Call debtors and collect cash more than 30 days old, updating debtor spreadsheet with monies received, and sending copy invoices and issuing credit notes when required.
  • Investigate, track, and resolve debtor queries, liaising with accounts receivable, Ops Managers and line manager.
  • Participate in weekly debtors meeting with finance management.
  • Support with provision of bad debt on a weekly and quarterly basis.
  • Raise sales invoices
  • Run new aged debtors report on a weekly basis.
  • Other Adhoc duties
  • Background in Credit Control/Finance Department, with a track record of recovering outstanding and aged debt.
  • First rate interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
  • Confident, assertive telephone manner with excellent spoken English.
  • Xero Experience would be advantageous
  • Good Customer Service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
  • Excellent reporting skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Conscientious and reliable with a positive, proactive and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to solve problems methodically and actively seek resolutions.

Salary:
£25,000.00 per year

  • Xero: 1 year (preferred)
