The Role
As a CSE, you will be trained on all aspects and benefits of our bespoke heating products.

Making sure that you understand the customers needs and current pain points to identify appropriate solutions and prepare indicative quotes and personalised information.

Experience in a building materials/electrical/plumbing environment would be extremely useful.


You will have the opportunity to work closely with your area surveyors, the company directors and external marketing advisors to continually improve the customer journey.

Much of this will be up to you and your drive and ambition.

What we offer

  • A salary of circa £21,500 per year, depending on skills/experience
  • Realistic OTE of £24,000 driven by sales performance commission scheme

  • You will be expected to work in our friendly office for 37.5 hours a week.

About you

  • You are a highly motivated, approachable, trustworthy, enthusiastic individual with an eye for detail.
  • You will need to be adaptable and proactive and not afraid think outside the box
  • You may well have previously worked in Telemarketing but been frustrated with cold leads or an environment that stifles your initiatives.
  • You are looking to maximise your earning potential by thinking, trying and measuring.
  • Flexible enough to consider working an evening here a Saturday morning there instead of the normal 95, if it gets you through to the customer at the right time.
  • You will strive to give the customer what they want, if they do not need it, you will say so. This makes you & the organisation stand out. Our successes come from our transparency, supportive nature and how much we value our customers
