Private Client Tax Manager - Largest firm in SW


An exciting opportunity in the largest accountancy firm in the Southwest of England, to provide tax support services to all clients of the firm, accountants of other firms and lawyers - whether that be international clients, trusts and estates to familybusinesses and HNWI's.


This role will involve direct client contact with a diverse portfolio of clientele, which will form a large part of your role, allowing you to gain the full experience of becoming a well rounded tax adviser.

You will also lead on advisory projects, networkwith new clients whilst strengthening current client relationships, manage a team of junior tax colleagues, and engage in business development.


  • Be passionate about working in private client tax
  • Be knowledgeable in inheritance tax, trusts, capital gains tax, and residence and domicile tax matters
  • Adept in UK tax implications of offshore trusts/UK resident beneficiaries, as well as nonresident CGT reporting and IHT consultancy advice
  • Be commercially astute, with keen analytical and problemsolving mind
  • Have a natural ability to build rapport quickly with clients and other employees across the firm
