A niche forward thinking real estate advisory consultancy is currently looking for senior surveyor or associate with ideally office agency experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a small team with huge growth potential but a business that already has a solid foundation of clients and work in the pipeline.

The business specialises in:
- site and property acquisitions
- development and refurbishment consultancy
- the creation of innovative workspace products
- property marketing
- flex lease brokerage
- lease re-gears
- commercial sales
- corporate real estate advisory
- occupier workspace acquisition searches

They are ideally looking for someone with:

2-3 years' experience working in the Central London real estate markets
Ideally exposure to office leasing and or property/workspace acquisitions
RICS qualification, but not essential
A passion for design and architecture, particularly in terms of workspace products and interior design
A willingness to put sustainability at the heart of whatever we do
The ability to lead marketing campaigns, delivering them with flair and creativity
