Rotor Technical Services Ltd is a well established electrical/mechanical engineering company based in Low Moor Bradford.Due to our continued growth we are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our busy team to work:
- Monday
- Friday 8.30am 5.00pm
Duties To Include:
- Dealing with suppliers; Sourcing & ordering of new parts & components
- Administration of work related paperwork & systems (use of Sage, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint & CRM system)
- Provide & follow up formal quotations
- Raising & processing of purchase orders
- Dealing with customer sales enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Checking goods against despatch notes & sales orders
- Communicating with existing customers & keeping them updated with progress of orders
- Assisting in day to day admin of the office team
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience within an office environment would be advantageous but not essential, as training will be given.
- Excellent communication skills both written & oral
- Confidence liaising with customers
- Competent numerical & IT skills, experience with Microsoft/Sage packages
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a team
- The ability to manage time & have effective organisational skills
- Enthusiasm & self motivation
Job Types:

£18,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
