We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organised individual to join our Learning Academy as a Business Administration Apprentice.
In this role you will have the opportunity to learn and perform various administration tasks to support the Relational Practice and ASYE Lead with the training and development of staff across the Children's service workforce.
The post holder will be trained and supported in maintaining spreadsheets and producing data reports, taking minutes, updating policy and procedures and would be confident in liaising with staff and partner agencies to assist with training and development and provide administrative support to the team in aspects of quality assurance, restorative practice and training and development of staff across the workforce.

Restorative practice describes a way of being, an underpinning ethos, which enables us to build and maintain healthy relationships, resolve difficulties, and repair harm when relationships breakdown.
We are looking for an individual that either has, or wants to develop, their skills in organisation, prioritising workload, communication skills, adaptable to changes in large organisations and attention to detail.
Although having these skills already would be a benefit, you will be supported to achieve this across your apprenticeship programme with us.
We provide an excellent training programme for all our new starters that offers key information relating to Children's Services.The transferable skills that you will gain from this role can support you to achieve your goals in your future career journey.
This position is for a fixed term of 24 months from the start date.
Interviews are expected to be conducted during the week commencing 4th September 2023.

As this post meets the requirements of the Immigration Act 2016 (part 7), the ability to converse at ease with members of the public and provide advice in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

- Desire/Commitment to achieving an NVQ Level 3 3 Business Administration
- GCSE English & Maths at Grade C or above or equivalent, or willing to achieve this alongside the apprenticeship programme
