The post is full-time but we would welcome requests for part-time or job-sharing arrangements.Flexible working is available to all employees and is arranged on an individual basis.
The Transformational HR Team is part of the ICBs wider People Directorate, which provides system leadership and collaboration opportunities to deliver People initiatives across all sectors, professions and backgrounds across the Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership.
The HR Officer will work as part of a team to provide fully comprehensive, high quality employment advice and support to line managers and employees on a range of Human Resources services.
