Polytec are looking for a Mechanical Technician for our Cambridge based client to assist in the build of some custom made, special purpose machinery.


Responsibilities:


  • Fit, assemble and commission machines using agreed working methods and tools

Requirements:


  • Time served mechanical apprenticeship or similar
  • Strong mechanical assembly experience
  • Knowledge of pneumatics is highly desirable
  • An understanding of typical industrial components (fasteners, bearings, gears etc)
