We are excited to be recruiting for two Internal Sales roles within our team.

As one of the UK's largest steel stockholders, we are recognised as experts by our diverse customer base in a wide range of industries including Automotive, Mining, Off-Highway, Power Generation, Construction, Defence and Industrial engineering sectors.
In this role you will be required to:
- Build key relationships
- Deliver a high level of customer service at all times
- Evaluate enquiries via telephone
- Produce and follow up quotations
- Aim to develop trading customers and repeat business
- Make proactive customer telephone calls to allocated customer base to create opportunities and orders.
- Maintain individual customer plans, development platforms and CRM files where necessary.
- Be committed to achieving individual and shared KPIs & sales targets
- Grow profitability, control costs and maximise efficiency for the suite of allocated transactional accounts
A minimum 2 years experience of working in a Customer centric environment with a focus on delivering high levels of customer service.
Experience of working in a fast paced environment.

Pay:
From £25,000.00 per year
