    About the Role

    A leading main contractor is seeking an experienced M&E Manager to join their team on a prestigious project in North London. The project involves delivering a state-of-the-art development consisting of a 121-bed private care home and 9 luxurious super-prime apartments.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the planning, design, procurement, and installation of M&E services.
    • Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure all M&E elements meet project specifications.
    • Coordinate and manage M&E packages, including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
    • Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
    • Provide technical support and advice during all phases of the project.
    • Lead on-site M&E teams to ensure seamless integration with the overall construction programme.
    • Conduct regular progress reviews and ensure quality control.

    About You

    We are looking for someone with a strong background in M&E management, ideally with experience in the residential sector. Proven experience managing large-scale projects, particularly in prime or super-prime residential developments, is essential. A degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering is preferred.
