Industrial Market Executive Search Consultant / Partner / Managing Partner

Central London / Hybrid

Up to £100k base plus bonus

Opportunity for an experienced industrial market retained / executive search consultant to join an exciting and growing business based in London.

As Head of Industrial Markets, you'll receive a high base salary up to £100k and an annual bonus package more than competitive in the industry.

You will manage the vertical under a profit and loss model.

Responsibilities include line managing researchers, delivery consultants and search consultants, developing business as a fee earner, senior account management and strategically growing the vertical.

You will have a proven track record in retained / executive indistrial market search, including business wins and senior account management.

You will have recruited at mid-senior to c-suite level and be able to work collaboratively with all stake holders
- internal and external. Industrial markets include; engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, automotive and energy.
