Receptionist to join the team at
The Croit Anna Hotel, Fort William.

Receptionist working hours

As a
Receptionist you will work
30 hours per week
, including weekends & split shifts and live in accommodation is available.

This role has an hourly rate of £ Regardless of age, which will be increasing to £12.00 an hour in April 2024**
Being a Receptionist:Your main tasks as a
Receptionist will include assisting in the administration of the hotel and the sales of hotel bedrooms to the public.

Checking all guests in and out will be a large part of your role whilst also acting as first point of contact for any queries.

Essential Skills:

Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft office
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to learn new skills quickly
The ability to be flexible and keep calm under pressure

Desirable Skills:

Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry
Passion for the industry
