Based in Fareham, we have teamed up with a fully accredited energy efficiency provider and insulation installer driving tangible energy savings and carbon reduction.

Given the current energy crisis, this company is well placed as they support housing associations,landlords, councils, local authorities, and many more as well as delivering work for private residential property owners.

The successful Finance Manager will benefit from joining an exciting industry with huge growth opportunities whilst also having the option to work remotely 1 day per week and a generous annual bonus.


As a Finance Manager you will be responsible for: - Daily management of the finance team

  • Budget planning and forecasting
  • Cash Flow Management
  • Managing relationships with auditors and banks
  • Reporting and cost analysis
  • Processes improvement and automation
  • Audit Process and Management
  • Assist with the Year-End

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Accounting qualifications (CIMA / ACA / ACCA)
  • Industry experience is preferred but not essential
  • Growth mindset and progressive nature
  • Experience in managing teams
  • To be a forwardthinker
