We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join us as a HR Business Partner within the HR Business Partnering team.


The HR Business Partnering team provide integrated strategic and operational business partnering services across the University alongside some corporate responsibilities and projects.

To succeed in this role you will have credibility and the passion to learn all aspects of the University and understand its goals and the impact on client areas and what they need to do to achieve them


You will be able to identify in advance where and when change management will be needed and proactively participate in developing plans.


You will understand the importance of data and be able to analyse and interpret it to support senior managers to better understand their workforce needs.

You will be able to develop relationships with those who have knowledge and decision-making power.


Most importantly you will be able to problem solve and be comfortable working with senior managers to address any workforce challenges or issues and understand how to assess risks in order to offer alternative opinions or solutions to senior managers.
