In EU Partner Operations we drive step changes in operational performance by helping our supplier partners to optimize their supply chains and to make the right trade-offs between their own capabilities and Wayfair programs that improve the value and proposition for them, for Wayfair and our customers.


What You'll Do

  • Analyzing metrics in KPI dashboards as well as deep diving into the data to identify business trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. Consulting and making recommendations to the wider team accordingly.
  • Feeding into performance reports and presentations for the Partner Operations team to use during supplier partner monthly review meetings and for internal leadership alignment.
  • Enabling the establishment / reestablishment of relationships with key Youth & Nursery Furniture suppliers' operations teams through operations performance analyses.
  • Coordinating crossfunctionally, developing strong relationships with key stakeholders and taking ownership to ensure the successful implementation of improvement initiatives.
  • Providing tactical support to the Partner Operations Team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for supplier partners on the Wayfair platforms.

What You'll Need

  • Fluent in English
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills with a passion to improve processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to build solid working relationships.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Confident with working in a fastpaced environment, multitasking and working under pressure.
  • Keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient with Excel & and the ability to dive deep into data to drive insights. (First experience with SQL and GBQ would be an advantage).
  • Enthusiastic and positive mindset.
