JOB TITLE:
Commercial Co-Ordinator

SITE LOCATION:
Tamworth

REPORTS TO:
Customer Service Manager

HOURS:08:30 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:30 - 16:00 Friday.

Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for processing customer orders and call off's accurately and efficiently.

You will also be responsible for liaising directly with customers to resolve any order/call off queries along with communicating with production and transport planning.

Key Accountabilities:

Responsible for processing incoming customer orders and call offs accurately and efficiently.
Processing replacement orders
Dealing with customer queries
Answering incoming calls and directing to the relevant department
You will need the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and other colleagues
Provide delivery information and plot summary details to customers on request
Provide call off information to customers
Post out fixing kits, paint, repair kits to customers when necessary
Liaise with Credit Control to ensure proforma invoices are raised and paid
Provide Customer Service holiday cover where necessary

Competency on all Microsoft packages
