Key Result Areas To ensure ESR and eRostering are maintained according to the agreed Trust policy and procedure and within budget To ensure ESR and eRostering are maintained in areas in a timely manner and ensuring continued savings/benefits are delivered according to the benefits realisation plan e.g.

reduction in Temp Staffing utilisation.

Troubleshoot all operational issues regarding ESR and eRostering to ensure the system works effectively. To provide day to day support for staff and ensure appropriate and timely investigation of any errors/dysfunction. Accurate input of information into the Trusts workforce systems. To maintain high quality data and provide timely and robust reporting to Executive Board.

To produce accurate and timely KPI Dashboard reporting for Trust Performance meetings all levels. Conduct training sessions and provide 1st level helpdesk advice and support. To support local training programmes for the ESR and eRostering.
