Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a positive experience for our guests.
Working days:
Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas
- Change linens and make beds
- Vacuum carpets and sweep/mop floors
- Dust furniture and fixtures
- Replenish supplies such as toiletries and towels
- Empty trash and dispose of waste properly
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Assist with laundry duties as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and techniques
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Excellent customer service skills
- Physical stamina to perform tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
Skills:
- Hotel: Familiarity with hotel operations and standards is beneficial in understanding the specific needs of guests.
- Commercial Cleaning: Experience in commercial cleaning practices is advantageous for maintaining cleanliness in high traffic areas.
