Lemon Tree Digital Marketing offers full-service marketing for small to medium businesses.

They seek a Marketing Apprentice to aid in a variety of tasks including campaign execution, content creation, website maintenance, research, admin tasks, and report generation.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team. This role will support in executing marketing campaigns for our clients.


Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Maintaining websites
• Conducting research and analysis to support marketing campaigns
• Providing administrative support to the team
• Maintaining ecommerce shop websites
• Assisting with the creation of marketing reports

We are a small agency, but we're growing fast. You will be working with and reporting directly to the owner.


Skills:
Full on-the-job training will be provided, but you must possess the essential skills detailed below as a minimum.


Essential:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Creative mindset and willingness to contribute new ideas
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• A natural flair for design and aesthetics

Desirable:

• Familiarity with social media
• Strong analytical skills
• Previous experience with Canva or the Adobe Suite for photo/video editing

List of duties:

• Creating photos and videos for social media
• Writing social media captions
• Scheduling social media posts on social media management tools
• Researching and reporting on marketing trends
• Updating websites
• Attending photoshoots and taking behind the scenes content
• Planning themes and brainstorming ideas for clients
• Attending events to capture social media content.
• Participating in monthly team lunches and bringing new ideas to the table

Hours: 37.50 per week

Training Provided:

You will be required to attend Exeter College one day a week during term time working towards your Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship.
