Business Development Executive | Up to £38k | 12m FTC Maternity Cover


My client are a leading Law firm who have a global client base and they specialise in Life Sciences and Technology.


They are currerntly recruiting for a Business Development Executive to join the team on a 12m Maternity Cover FTC, this is a really exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain exposure into a law firm, in this position you would be supporting the Marketing& Business Development team on a wide range of tasks.


This is a busy role where you will have the opportunity to have contact and interaction with the sector groups in particular the partners who lead these groups.


Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensuring all Marketing & BD documents are correctly formatted and comply with company brand guidelines
  • Work closely with the BD team to provide admin support
  • Tracking Google alerts for updates on top sector clients
  • Conducting basic research on prospects and targets
  • Support the Bids & Proposals Manager with maintaining BD content
  • Help maintain the CRM system
  • Assisting Internal Communications for BD initiatives
  • Helping to collate content by liaising with the fee earners

Key Skills and Attributes

  • Degree or Equivalent level qualified
  • 12 years' experience in a similar role within Professional Services
  • High level attention to detail
  • Upbeat personality with a professional and client service approach
  • Team player
  • Outstanding Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
