Job Summary:

We require an experienced Mortgage and Protection administrator for an immediate start.

Flexible working hours (desired 25 hours pw).

As a Mortgage/Protection Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of mortgage processing, including reviewing loan documents, organizing client information, and liaising with lenders and clients.

Additionally, you will provide administrative support to the mortgage team and ensure the smooth flow of operations.


Qualifications

• Experience in the mortgage industry is essential.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent customer service skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update files, records, and databases
• Prepare reports and other documents as required
• Assist with financial tasks such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts
• Provide support to other team members as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in an administrative role is essential
• Knowledge of Mortgage financial services is a plus
• Knowledge of Insurance Protection industry is a plus
• Proficiency in basic math skills is required
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
