Are you an experienced within Purchasing or Supply Chain?

Who doesn't love Film & Music?

Wouldn't it be interesting to work with the equipment used behind the scenes in the Entertainment industry?


Our client is a large Manufacturer of specialist Electronic equipment used across a wide range of sectors including TV & Radio.


Being part of a global group within a continuously growing industry brings excellent career opportunities joining the team as Buyer.

You will be involved in;

  • Creating robust supply chains for the purchasing of electronic and mechanical parts.
  • Managing of subcontractors.
  • Reviewing purchasing strategies.
  • Maintain stock levels.
  • Negotiation with suppliers for annual RFQ and more.
  • Manage and evaluate supplier performance.
  • Manage MRP system and forecasting.

Skills and Experience:


  • Proven experience in Buying/Purchasing.
  • Experience using MRP system.
  • Experience within Manufacturing. Electronics would be ideal but not essential.
  • Degree level preferred and/or CIPS certificate.

Location - Hebden Bridge

Salary - c£35k (dependent on experience)
