Description

The Global Logistics team offers support, training and sourcing of goods and services to enable logistics excellence across the organisation and are currently looking for a new Procurement System Implementation Officer.

The Procurement System Implementation Officer for Coupa at Tearfund will support the ongoing configuration of software, delivery of training and support for Coupa users.

Duties will include:

Coupa Support:

- providing first line and system admin support to Tearfund's global teams who interface with Tearfund's procurement system in the course of their work, including ensuring timely responses to Coupa Support inbox

System Configuration - building changes into Coupa based on user feedback, consulting and problem-solving on specialist features for the system and testing of the system when required

System Implementation - supporting the continued rollout of Coupa, working closely with internal stakeholders from across Tearfund

Training - assisting in the development of training materials as well as the delivery of the training and rollout of Coupa globally

Monitoring and evaluation of project benefits - supporting on system monitoring of agreed metrics against success criteria and KPIs including building reports and training users on the running of reports

Hybrid working:

This role is eligible for hybrid working and you will be required to work from a designated Tearfund office and from your home by agreement with the line manager.- This is a full time, 18 month fixed term contract.
