We are seeking an experienced individual to join WFS within our Landside Transport Team. The department have exciting opportunity to join the Training team as a Landside Transport Driver Trainer.
As a Landside Driver Trainer for WFS, you will be a frontline representative of the company.
You will be responsible for the assessment of agency, and company employees. Induction and remedial training of staff, including after accidents / incidents.
Continuously promote and deliver improved driving standards and helping to enhance the customer experience at every stage of service delivery.
**Your main responsibilities on a day to day basis will be:-**:
- Ensuring drivers maintaining standards, and completing daily vehicle checks, safe loading / securing vehicle loads, reporting of maintenance defects.
- Promoting driver's knowledge; adhering to tachograph rules, and the working time directive.
- Coupling and uncoupling of vehicles.
- Completion of driver assessment and induction program.
- Showcasing Dangerous Goods awareness, and ADR competence.
- CAA safety, security and identification.
- PPE and driver dress code,
- Project a highquality image, both internally and externally, and provide the highest quality service to all customers, at all times.

- CAA, Health & Safety at work knowledge
- General O'licence / Highway code / DVSA Test standard knowledge
- C+E driving experience / licence holder
- Excellent Tachograph / WTD knowledge
- DCPC / Driver Card
- Ability to adapt at short notice to any changes within the business model
