Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift:
Mon 11:30 - 20:00, Tues off, Wed, Thurs & Fri 11:30 - 20:00, Sat off, Sun 08:00 - 16:30

You will join Capita as part of our VMO2 team supporting new and existing VMO2 customers.

What will you deliver?

Taking inbound calls in a virtual contact centre
Delivering a service which makes your customers feel valued and supported
D ealing with a variety of customer questions and queries
Taking payments, setting up manageable payment plans, offering short term discounts on customers bills

Confidence
Excellent communication skills with a talent for adapting behaviours for different callers
The ability to learn new skills quickly when it comes to adopting new processes and technology
Someone who can think on their feet and adapt to different situations
A good listener who is empathetic patient
A private home working environment with suitable broadband connection and a quiet space to work

What will happen next:

If you have a valid passport: a digital ID verification will be completed as part of your preemployment checks.
If you don't have a valid passport, or you opt out of the digital ID verification process: you'll need to travel to one of our designated Capita offices as part of your ID verification checks before we can confirm your start date. At the office, your ID will be checked and signed off by a designated manager.
