Reed Talent Solutions are supporting the North East London NHS Fundation Trust based on the search for an
Administrator.

Role Information:


  • Full time position
  • Pay rate £11.50 per hour


  • Location

  • Birmingham NHS Blood Donor Centre


  • Duration

  • Minimum 3 months (potential for extension)
  • System Experience: SystemOne, RIO or AMPA
This role is to support theNHS Blood and Transport Team with
administrative duties

Including:

  • Data input/entry
  • Data integrity
  • Diary management
  • Minute taking _(mandatory)_
  • Meeting attendance and professionalism
  • Managing records including case notes
  • Database Reporting
  • General Office Dutires


You will need to be a confident and competent user of the Microsoft package primarily Teams, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
