Exciting opportunity to work with a well-known Global Brand. Offering long-term progression and fantastic earning potentialMy client is a well-renowned brand, offering unified communications, for small to medium sized businesses. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join a successful team, based in Kingston upon Thames. Salary £28-35k + OTE £40k year 1, £60k OTEyear 2 (uncapped commission).
What does the role look like?
To prospect for new business from a mixture of self-generated outbound, inbound, CRM, or marketing passed leads. The employer is looking for confident individuals with telecoms/technology experience, doing the full sales process through till close. You shouldalready have a consultative sales approach and be closing medium-large deals.
You must Have:
- B2B Experience in Telecoms/IT industry with particular interest in products like, VOIP, Mobile, Business Broadband, Cloud and Data services.
- Experience in self lead generation
- Consultative selling with examples of habits and practices implemented
- Experience across short, mediumand longterm sales cycles
- Successful track record in an outbound B2B sales environment
- Experience of developing existing accounts and growing share of wallet
Responsibilities:
- To build relationships with new and existing clients in order to sell across the Unified Communication product portfolio.
- Selfgenerated new business creation in addition to developing the accounts of existing clients across an SME prospect and client base.
- Providing world class telecommunication solutions whilst providing a local touch.
- Creation of accurate pipeline opportunities and landscaping opportunities for future sales
- Accurately manage and forecast revenue production from a continuously growing pipeline
- Work to KPI and target achievement and can create, spot and grow business opportunities
- Pipeline creation, management, and accurate forecasting of results
- Communicate at all levels and build relationships with clients as well as internal and external stake holders
- Handle objections effectively
