BPC System Administrator

Job title:
Financial Systems Administrator


Location:
Flexible, Hybrid, Max 3 days a month onsite


Salary: 28-37K depending on skills and experience


What you'll be doing:


  • Actively manage SAP Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) administrator process
  • Monitor nightly calculations & manage security and governance through quarterly reviews
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation
  • Ensure compliance and integrity of BPC data in line with the data standards defined
  • Create and maintain all BPC processes and training materials including online documents, course notes and guides.
  • System development support users in improving process and meeting new requirements
  • Lend vision and expertise to put in place best practise for managing the tool and optimise user experience

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Strong administration experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Being logical and methodical

Desirable:

  • Experience or used of SAP
  • Experience or used of BPC
  • Accounting experience

Maritime Services Finance Team:


Would you like to play a key role in the Maritime Services Finance Team? Here you will support the finance user community in the use of the BPC through the management of an active BPC intranet page providing access to information and training documentation.

This role will be supporting 100+ users with any issues, there could be training, monthly admin activities, running data, group submission.

If you are a self-starter who is logical and methodical with great communication skills you will fit right in.
