Now let us tell you about the role:

You will be responsible for the day to day admin support across 3 departments who report to the Head of Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Data Cleansing
Dealing with and Investigating Queries across the business.
Sales Support for BDM's and KAM'S
Entering Data onto the CRM System
Processing Contracts
Assisting with Reports
Deal with inbound Sales Enquiries
Pre Invoice Checks
You will ensure all department procedures are followed and data accurately and promptly recorded on the systems within the company's SLA's
You are tenacious, passionate and positive.
You enjoy working as part of a team and work on own initiative
You are willing to work hard and prove yourself.

Skills and Experience

Excellent organisation and time management skills
Good administration skills
Sales support and customer service
Good level of written and oral communication
