Now let us tell you about the role:
You will be responsible for the day to day admin support across 3 departments who report to the Head of Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Data Cleansing
- Dealing with and Investigating Queries across the business.
- Sales Support for BDM's and KAM'S
- Entering Data onto the CRM System
- Processing Contracts
- Assisting with Reports
- Deal with inbound Sales Enquiries
- Pre Invoice Checks
- You will ensure all department procedures are followed and data accurately and promptly recorded on the systems within the company's SLA's
- You are tenacious, passionate and positive.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and work on own initiative
- You are willing to work hard and prove yourself.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Good administration skills
- Sales support and customer service
- Good level of written and oral communication
- The Health, Safety and Wellbeing of our employees is very important to us.
- It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of your own and other people's Health and Safety and must cooperate with us on Health and Safety matters.
- You will represent the company in a professional capacity at all times.
