Description

Planner required, experience of working for a local council / town planning / planning permission processes
Conducting reviews on planning information for tenders.
Reading all planning documentation (given by clients & on planning portal).
Summarise all requirements and next steps (highlighting any red flags).
Contacting suppliers (ecological, Archaeology, plan & seeds, archaeologists, to identify prices and availability) (build a database)
Creating coherent summary reports
Present findings to tendering team.

ConstructionManage handover of findings to Project manager.
Monitor sites are complying to the planning requirements throughout construction (with meetings and site visits)

You will be reporting to Project Manager

£55/60k plus car

£55,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
