**The Role - SEN Teaching Assistant
**Qualiteach are actively recruiting for an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work with students in Secondary education who have Special Educational Needs. The role will require you to provide academic and emotional support to students who have beendiagnosed on the Autistic Spectrum, have Severe Learning Difficulties or PMLD. Due to the needs of the students, the ideal SEN Teaching Assistant will need to have experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs s well as challenging behaviour.
Experience with PECS, Makaton and Team Teach training is desirable. This role requires a full-time commitment on long-term basis.

**This thriving SEN school is located in the London Borough of Harrow and caters for students aged between 11-19 years who have Special Educational Needs such as ASD, Vision Impairment, Hearing Impairment, PMLD and SLD. They currently have 104 studentswho attend the school an Ofsted rating of 'Outstanding' from their last inspection in November 2018.
