Description
We have a fantastic opportunity available for a qualified TIG Welder to work for our client based in Ferryhill. This role will involve welding a variety of parts both thick and thin plate.

The role will start initially on dayshift with a view to moving to a 2 shift pattern once full training is completed:


Dayshift
Monday to Thursday 8.00am-5.00pm and Friday 8.00am-12.30pm


2 shift Pattern
Day Shift - Monday to Thursday 6.00am-2.30pm and Friday 6.00am-12.30pm

Back Shift - Monday to Thursday 2.30pm-11.00pm and Friday 12.30pm-7.00pm


Essential Experience:

  • Experience of working with and understanding engineering drawings is essential.
  • The ability to weld freehand as well as doing jig work is essential.

Desired Experience:

  • Previous experience of aluminium and stainless steel welding is desirable but not essential.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£14.00-£16.80 per hour
