The Junior Category Planning Merchandiser will organise and support the smooth running of regular meetings with the merchandising and planning.


The Junior Category Planning Merchandiser is responsible for supporting the development and coordination of the optimal TSV mix for their business area and ensuring that the TSV metrics in the Company Roadmap are kept up to date.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Implementation of Brand and Show planning taking KPIs into account and support of the Merchandising & Planning teams from budget planning to operational implementation.
  • Development, optimisation and communication of detailed airtime plans for the appropriate live airtime mix (airtime allocation).
  • Continuous communication with the relevant teams for the development of strategies.
  • Preparation and evaluation of the development of forecasts.
  • TSV rotation planning for a department and analysis of show and TSV results as well as derivation of corresponding measures and strategies and continuous updating of the company roadmap:
  • Preparation of ad-hoc analyses for the VP Merchandising and Director Planning
