Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network supervisor to oversee our company's network infrastructure.

As a NNetworksupervisor you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network systems, as well as managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain the company's network infrastructure
Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Ensure network security and implement necessary measures to protect against unauthorized access
Manage and supervise a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address network needs
Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in networking technology
Develop and implement network policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
Conduct regular audits to assess network performance and identify areas for improvement

Skills:

Strong knowledge of networking technologies, protocols, and architectures
Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve network issues
Proficient in team management, leadership, and supervising
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
