We are seeking a High Level teaching assistant looking for exciting opportunities. At Randstad Education, we are recruiting on behalf of a mainstream primary school located in the Goole DN14 area. This is a full time position with the timings between 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday to Friday). We have part time roles available.


The school sets high expectations for learning and progress, enabling every child to reach their full potential through an inclusive curriculum.

Requirements:


  • Ideally a relevant HLTA qualification, Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or QTS.
  • Previous experience working in a primary school in a similar role
  • A hard working and dedicated attitude
  • Hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one through randstad
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK (No Sponsorship provided)

Roles & responsibilities:

  • Lead small group sessions and support wholeclass activities to enhance children's learning.
  • Assist with curriculum delivery by delivering planned lessons under teacher supervision.
  • Provide 1:1 support to children, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assist in maintaining a positive classroom environment and managing children's behaviour.
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to support children development and progress.
