Repairs, Investment & Compliance Officer (RICO)

Salary:
SPC 36-39 £39,856- £43,518 per annum

Work Pattern: 35 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday

MyRepairs deliver repairs investment & compliance functions across our subsidiaries in the west of Scotland, including Wheatley Homes Glasgow, Loretto Housing and Lowther.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to join us as a Repairs Investiment & Compliance Officer.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for:

Project Management of complex repairs;

- development and management of cyclical maintenance programs;
- landlord / property management assurance checks to ensure quality of repairs and value for money, which impacts on customer satisfaction outcomes;
- management and delivery of medical adaptations;
- identification and management of defects and resolution liaison with internal colleagues / external parties
- actioning frontline and MyRepairs staff technical service requests promptly e.g. on damp / rot;
- instruction of works following investigations
- building pathology e.g. structural failures;
- general advice and assistance to frontline and MyRepairs staff.

As an agile home-based worker, you will need to live within a commutable distance of Glasgow and surrounding areas, as the role will require travel to and from Glasgow offices and customers homes.
