About the Role
Job Title:
HRBP
Hybrid: 3 days in central London
Salary:
£62,000 - £72,000 pa (D.o.
E)
The HR Business Partner is a key member of the HR team, responsible for all aspects of HR for the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive strategic HR initiatives: Contribute to a one
- HR approach, leading on annual compensation review, engagement survey, and benefits renewal.

Champion employee relations & talent management: Be the first point of contact for employee relations and policy issues. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders, coach leaders on people management, and support promotions and talent development.

Attract and retain top talent: Partner with the HR Administrator on recruitment, advise on contract negotiations, build relationships with agencies, and promote internal mobility.

Leverage data and systems: Analyse HR data to make recommendations, support KPI reporting, and ensure system accuracy.

Foster employee learning and well-being: Assist with training needs and delivery, collaborate on leadership development programs, oversee the learning platform, and contribute to well-being initiatives.

Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion: Actively participate in the DE&I committee, champion inclusive hiring practices, and partner on outreach initiatives.
The Person:
HRBP experience with 4/5 years+ experience- Background within Professional Services
- Strong analytical and data management skills
- Reputation for integrity, dedicated work ethic, and desire for ownership & accountability
- Strong understanding of employment laws, customs and practices
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
