Customer Service Administrator - Nile Wilson Gymnastics Leeds

Job Title:
Customer Service Administator


Reports To:
Head Coach / Ops Lead


Location:
Unit 2, Elmfield Way, Bramley, Leeds, LS134UD


Level/Salary Range:
From £8.50 - £10.50 depending on age and experience


Position Type:
Full time hours (37.5 per week), over 5 days. Includes


Saturdays & some early evenings.

Start Date:
Immediate


Reporting to the Head Coach and working alongside the Leeds Team you will be responsible for the day to day customer service and administration and will be the first point of contact for our members and general public enquiries including taking phone calls and greeting customers.

This will include updating and inputting member and new starter onboarding information into our digital system, as well as class bookings on Course Pro.

Offering classes out to those on our waiting lists as well as answering general queries about our gymnastics recreational programmes.

Person Specification


We are looking for a confident welcoming individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Self driven you will enjoy working as part of a busy team but will also be able to manage your own work and be ultimately responsible for the administration and customer service for Leeds.

You will have experience of direct customer communication and complaints handling. Nile Wilson Gymnastics value its people and encourage a welcoming development culture with a focus on individual wellbeing.


KPI's

  • General Customer Service for the Leeds Club
  • Member / New Member queries for Leeds
  • Updating all Information on Course Pro
  • Taking Payments
  • Maintaining the waiting list levels and communication in relation to this

Role and Responsibilities

  • Administrate all new enquiries across all recreational programmes
  • Assisting with stock checks / kit levels
  • Maintenance of Course Pro database
  • Maintaining and updating all member information
  • Ensure all Onboarding policies and procedures are adhered to in line with company policies and

BG Guidelines

  • Communication with Parents / Guardians
  • Attend NWG Leeds events
  • Maintain active and ongoing database of all new enquiries / waiting lists
  • General Housekeeping Duties
Due to the nature of our work you may be required to submit a DBS check.
