Rawlinson Gold is an independent estate agents based in Harrow's town centre.Established in 1994 we are a small team of up to 8 people and we cover the sale, letting and management of residential property.
We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our Lettings team, initially working up to 25 hours a week over 3 to 5 days with the flexibility to work additional hours as and when required.
The role will require the preparation of tenancy agreements and tenancy related notices, liaison with utility companies and the management of safety certificates.
