Head of BI

Up to £95,000 per annum

Location - Manchester (can be fully remote)

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Head of BI at a boutique consultancy firm.


The Company
This client is a Boutique consulting firm with a background in IT & management consulting. Combining delivery best practices with the latest technologies, they help solve complex business challenges.

Typically, their technical data work contains significant elements of defining, designing, and building data architectures, security solutions, and data platforms as well as more user-facing data analysis and visualization.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Building and owning a consistent BI/analytics data model allowing users to look at business performance from multiple angles
  • Developing and managing a portfolio of highvalue reports and dashboards
  • Managing the Azurebased BI platform daytoday
  • Managing the addition of new data sources into the BI platform to support a broader range of analytical use cases
  • Working with senior stakeholders across the business to capture and shape the need for reporting and analytics

Skills

  • Experienced enough to lead the BI function
  • Ambitious enough to develop themselves in this area
