About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Billing Team Leader to work within our Care Income Team.

As Billing Team Leader you will lead a team that creates client accounts on the system and issue subsequent billing charges.

Coaching, leadership and development of your team is a high priority as well as keen eye for process improvements.


You will ensure the team maintains accuracy and completeness of financial records adhering to financial controls in order to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met.


As part of the role you will support the development and maintenance of effective relationships with stakeholders, including liaising with colleagues in our Care Homes the wider Care Finance teams, ensuring issues and shortfalls are addressed and remedied in order to ensure the delivery of high standards of customer care.


About you


You will have recently worked in a similar role with proven experience of leading a high volume team through periods of change and prioritising workloads.

Ideally you will have experience of analysing and diagnosing problems and implementing effective solutions.
