Duration of contract: 3 months with ad hoc work thereafter

We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to work with us on a short-term basis
The project will involve:
- Management of compliance policies and procedures, hazard communication, risk assessment and chemical safety (REACH, TSCA, BPR, CLP, GHS)
- Ensure analytical and toxicological information is accurate and prepare information for regulatory submittals (inquiry dossiers, premanufacturing notices, etc)
- Liaising with R&D Team and with third party laboratories to coordinate purity testing, analytical testing, toxicology studies and other evaluations as needed
- Creating new and amending existing Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in line with governing bodies such as EU REACH, CLP and GHS regulations in the relevant jurisdictions.
Once the initial stage has been completed, we would be working with the consultant on an ad hoc basis as required.
