Role - Senior LVIA Specialist

Location - Wiltshire/Hybrid

Salary - £50K+

Senior LVIA Specialist required for a well-established studio in Wiltshire. Established for over 4 decades they are a team of Landscape Architects, Chartered Town Planners, Surveyors and Urban Designers.

They deliver well informed advice to their large portfolio of clients across the UK and internationally in the following sectors:
Planning, Landscape and Urban Design, Estates and property, Project and Contract Management, Minerals & Waste.


SENIOR LVIA SPECIALIST KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • A degree/post graduate degree in Landscape Architecture/Planning
  • An excellent understanding of the UK planning system
  • Experienced in landscape character assessment and appraisal
  • Confident in liaising with clients, planning authorities and procuring and project managing third party consultants
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels and within different disciplines
  • A driving licence and the willingness to travel throughout the country to undertake site visits
