Customer Experience Coordinator
A very exciting opportunity has come up for a Customer Experience Coordinator in the Andover Area.

Salary:
£29k-£31k

Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00pm

Hybrid position

Responsibilities and tasks

Sales order processing for both UK and Export markets
Promote and look for opportunities to create contact with customers whilst support on boarding of new customers
Complaint handling and customer support
Shipping goods worldwide
Experience in Export/Shipping or order processing
To be multiskilled and have proficient use in all internal systems including ERP and CRM
Experienced in manufacturing
B2B experience
