Customer Experience Coordinator
A very exciting opportunity has come up for a Customer Experience Coordinator in the Andover Area.


Salary:
£29k-£31k


Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30-5:00pm

Hybrid position

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Sales order processing for both UK and Export markets
  • Promote and look for opportunities to create contact with customers whilst support on boarding of new customers
  • Complaint handling and customer support
  • Shipping goods worldwide
  • Experience in Export/Shipping or order processing
  • To be multiskilled and have proficient use in all internal systems including ERP and CRM
  • Experienced in manufacturing
  • B2B experience
