JOB SUMMARY


The Retail Events Executive will be responsible for organising and managing a diverse range of small, medium and large scale events from concept to completion with strategic partners where appropriate with the principle objectives being to increase footfall and spend through creative and engaging activations.


The Retail Events Executive is responsible for the development of the retail events programme, retail pop-ups and projects in designated stores, areas of the malls and the wider Estate.

Where appropriate the Retail Events Executive will work in collaboration with the Arts + Events team on larger events and activations that fall within the Arts + Events programme.


The Retail Events & Partnerships Executive will also engage with tenants and external partners to create and maintain positive partnerships to inject new, innovative, and engaging content into retail events, mall activations, pop-ups and wider Estate activations.


Responsibilities include the administration and organisation of all event and activation content, logistics and the preparation and completion of the relevant documentation with full liaison with internal departments and external suppliers.


The Retail Events Executive will manage all events and activations and assist with event marketing, ticketing, press and publicity activities where assigned.


The Retail Events Executive must also develop and maintain positive tenant relations and provide support and encouragement to tenants to participate in retail events and activations with the objectives of raising individual brand awareness, footfall and spend.

Other duties as may be reasonably requested from time to time by the Marketing Manager or Marketing Director.
