Role overview:

We're looking for a full-time receptionist for our boutique concierge-style reception in our plush head office in London.

Beyond providing standard customer service and assistance, you will be the face of our concierge reception and be responsible for our modern fifth-floor space that has a unique collection of meeting rooms and indoor/outdoor entertainment spaces.

You will report directly to our Head of Operations and work with our front-of-house team.


As a Receptionist at Next 15, you will:

  • Receive and process meeting room and event space requests, check availability, and schedule based on availability/requirements and address any conflicts
  • Take ownership and ensure meeting rooms are wellmaintained, clean, properly set up, and prepared before each meeting. This may involve arranging furniture, setting up AV equipment, and ensuring that rooms have notepads, pens, and water available
  • Coordinate with building services or cleaning team to schedule regular cleaning, inspect rooms for any maintenance or repair needs, and maintain a comfortable and presentable environment
  • Assist with any activities on the fifth floor such as entertainment, catering, and logistics
  • Be responsible for catering requests with details such as the type of event/meeting, date, time, estimated number of attendees, dietary restrictions, and any specific requests
  • Communicate with the catering team who manage the fifthfloor canteen and book their services to provide refreshments for meetings and catering requests for events.
  • Build your knowledge of the local area, restaurants, catering services or preferred caterers, and entertaining activities, and add your own recommendations
  • Use your creativity to deliver enjoyable and unique experiences to our guests. By combining your knowledge of the local area and a passion for creating a great first impression, you will contribute to the overall satisfaction and enjoyment of everyone who visits our fifth floor

You will bring:


  • Experience as a receptionist with customer services and events background or a similar role
  • Some experience within the hospitality sector
  • Familiarity with event planning processes and logistics
  • Good IT/Tech skills
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings and cover the front of house
